Aveiro Water
Daniel Casas Valle provided a presentation on the ´Festival dos Canais´ in Aveiro. The town is situated in a dynamic estuary that faces a dramatic transformation of its landscape due the expected climate change predictions. Thus, it is fundamental to think and debate Aveiro’s future from a broad spectrum of possibilities. The presentation showed various points of view on the theme, highlighting the essence to rewrite and projecting the collective story of Aveiro landscape as a cultural act, in parallel to the dominated engineering approach in the spatial planning practise.
